Contains newspaper clippings of poems by Susanna Ann Pagden, many religious in nature. In the back pocket are the original handwritten copies of some of the poems written by the author. Also contains details of her paycheck presumably from the editor of the paper that published her work. Also contains a letter addressed to "Harold" in Canterbury from 1943. Author's obituary from 1945 pasted in the back, indicates she was 89 when she died.
