publication from the War Department and Commission on Training Camp Activities. The publication is titled " Back in the Good Old U.S.A. ". The poem inside is titled " The Red Souvenir ". It is my belief that this item was given out to soldiers on their return home from World War One as it talks about defeating the German Emperor the Kaiser. When unfolded, there is a message on one side regarding how to act and how to treat others when you get home and on the other side is a wonderful poem. Item is in good condition with some edge wear and a few very small holes. Measures approx. 11.75" X 7.25" when unfolded and it was purchased at an estate sale with many other original military items
