Every human endeavor has elements about it that are worthy of poetry, and the military is just such a part of the human experience and make up. Things like human struggle, honor, courage, and the brotherhood of the Army, the Navy, the Marines, the Air Force and National Guard and Reserves. All the services have contributed to an immense body of poetry, and these fine people are worthy of honoring, and recognizing. Here in are some personal and shared experiences, and observations along that line.
