Michael Hugh Agnew.

Born July 11, 1923 London. Educated at King's Mead and Royal Naval College. Served on Norfolk, Berwick, and Exeter before it was sunk. KIA on HMS Dulverton on Novemeber 13th 1943. Dissapeared on the bridge when a bomb struck and was never seen again. Many of the poems were dated in his own hand.
