Paul Potts (1911-1990)
A Canadian serving in a commando during the war, part of the amphibious shock troops trained jointly by the army and the Royal Marines, originally to repel the threatened German invasion. Instead of a Sonnet (1944), unfavourably reviewed by George Barker in Poetry Quarterly 7,3 (1945) His books are listed in Reilly.
Then served in the Israeli war of independance
