Author's edition, was not for sale and was limited to 100 copies. 64 pages. Most of the pages are uncut along side edging or top, black soiled mark on front cover, bleeding onto side paper edge. Slightly tanned, little soiling.

He earned a B.A. from Yale University in 1908 and an M.A. in
1911. He served as a member of the American Expeditionary Forces in
World War I.
