AUTHOR'S PREFACE, dated Cornwall-on-the Hudson (near the West Point Military Academy) March 30, 1942. NINE SECTIONS of songs, including "The Star-Spangled Banner" words by Francis Scott Key (Revolutionary War); "Madameoiselle from Armentieres, Hinky Dinky Parley-voo?"
