MP, whos was KiA with the RWF on 11th March 1915. The poet, Charles Walter Blackall, East Kent Regiment
(SR), was Killed in Action on 24th March 1918 while a lieutenant-colonel in command of the 4th Battalion
South Staffordshire Regiment.
