Inserted: slip of paper advertising Montreux Hotel Suisse & Majestic; postcard dated May 10, 1930, addressed to "A. T. Leonard M.D., 1124 Fulton Street. City" [i.e., San Francisco], reading "Lompico Improvement Club. As it is impossible this Year to let our Roadwork out by contract, a small group of man [sic] have volunteered to improve the 2 or 3 main Roads of Lompico. However some materials have to be bought which requires cash. Therefore our last meeting with an attendance of 35 members voted unanimous [sic] to levy a Road Assesment [sic] of $100 per member. Kindly remit to our Treasurer Mrs A Leavitt 2531 Larkin St. S.F. or bring it to uor [sic] next meeting whic [sic] takes place on May 14th 8 pm 3rd floor City Hall of S.F. More workers are needed on May 18th. Come and help those whom [sic] are helping YOU. Mrs. Hazel Chapman, Pres, A. F. Walther, Sec., 898 Huron Ave."
