Education: Attended school in Loughborough, England. Avocational Interests: Playing harmonica, collecting cigarette cards, listening to 78 r.p.m. records, drinking cheap wine, and collecting wine lists and miscellaneous catalogues. Memberships: Royal Society of Literature (fellow), P.E.N.
