Notes
126-page hardcover book "Leisure Hours" a book of short poems by Mrs. Udolphia Davis, revised by her son Newell B. Davis and enlarged by His Soldier Rhymes and Short Verses. These are poems written by soldiers fighting in World War II.

The publisher is Osincup & Proctor of Hornell, New York; the copyright date is 1922.

This hardcover book, without a dust jacket, is in good condition. The cover is soiled and there is a fair amount of edgewear. The binding is beginning to separate but is still intact; there is a name and address written in pencil on the inside front cover page and numbers written in pencil on the page facing that. There is a name and address written in pencil on the inside back cover page. The major flaw is that the last page of the book has been torn out, so the second page of the index is missing. But otherwise, the book is clean and tight.
